India have already finished 70 years after it received it's independence. Fight for independence wasn't a easy one. We mustn't forget that freedom is the blood of many fighters. We must try to contribute to develop India. India is still a developing country. So every citizen of India must contribute to its development.
We can help India get developed in the coming years by some steps.
" Achieving the development in the next coming 10 years "
A) Helping the poor people in the country :- we need to help the poor people in the country. We must help the needy. Government has to provide basic requirements to the poor.
B) Stopping Corruption :- Corruption is a major issue in the country. We need to stop it. The situation at now is " Police comes for 100 rupees not by dialing 100 ". This situation must change.
C) Improvement in the social status of women :- Women should be given equal importance with men in all regards. We should educate children to respect women. We see that crime rate against women is increasing day by day. It is also to be taken care that women's should be respected.
D) Providing great status to farmers :- Farmers are truly the back bone of India. We see most of the Indian farmers are poor.we must try to improve their financial status.
E) Providing Employment :- We must provide employment to the youth. These days even a person who is doctor in some subjects [ Ph.D] is just roaming searching for jobs.
F) Encouraging the children and giving freedom to Intelligents:- Children are the future builders of the nation. We must make them grow in a friendly manner. They must be encouraged to think about the country and development. We must also allow the intelligent thinkers to express their ideas and initiatives as they may become a crucial factor in developing.

India grows to 70:
India got its Independence on 15th August, 1947 after prolonged and persistent struggles over many decades. It is absolutely necessary that we all salute their glorious efforts and divine sacrifices. A great constitution was written for Indian republic coming into force on 26th Jan 1950. It's perhaps the longest and most complicated constitution. It is the constitution and the respect that Indian people have showed towards it, which have allowed India to grow to be 70 years old.
Since the last 70 years the biggest democracy of the world, India has faced a lot of difficulties. India has seen a economic depression, political turmoils, foreign invasions, poverty, internal and external exploitation, political assassinations, factionism, naxalism, Maoism, backwardness, inequality, bonded labour, devadasi system, sati system, child marriages, superstitions, oppression of women, currency devaluation, black money, open defecation, inaccessibility to justice, illiteracy, ignorance, garbage littering, terrorism and so on. Still India is running its marathon changing its direction and goals suitably. Great India ! Great stamina !
India has seen itself progressing rapidly during the last three decades. Many Indians residing and working abroad have raised a fantastic and respectable image for India. Now India has globalized completely with an open economy, after a prolonged protection from foreign markets. Leaders with wisdom and intelligence, comparable to the best in the world, are leading the country in all sectors. Perhaps in a few decades there is going to be a beautiful, clean, economically and technologically strong India comparable to USA, UK, Germany etc.
My Contributions
Well, if India is to become better, I need to contribute as a young or future citizen. I need to better myself and contribute positively to my family, my organization and to the society. Let me mention only what I can do and not boast of doing great things.
1. I follow the principles of Swach Bharat campaign and maintain Cleanliness and hygiene. I will discharge my role for maintaining my school, house and locality clean. I will not litter in public vehicles or places.
2. I will always praise my motherland and uphold national flag and sing anthem in pride. I will adopt the modern technology in my life and at work. The technology helps India progress faster.
3. I will educate myself academically as well as in conduct and discipline. It is my duty to be a good citizen. I will use my voting rights to elect capable candidates in elections. Good leaders can lead India for better.
4. I will be honest and help in mitigation of corruption and black money. That is surely a big contribution in building economically strong India. I will mold myself into a role model for a future student and responsible citizen. This is the most important contribution that I must do.
5. I will go for cleaner and renewable energy sources. That ensures Indians will have sufficient power. It also reduces the pollution. I will use energy efficient devices. I will not waste any resource or anything. I will promote the 4R's Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Regenerate principles.
6. I will like to gain a lot of expertise and earn a lot of money. Then I wish to start a company to employ many educated and uneducated people. This reduces unemployment problem. It gives a great satisfaction to be able to provide employment. I will train or educate some people with the skills that I possess. Then they can find some means of livelihood.
7. I will take development models of Japan, Germany and Singapore. They have become powerful economies from very low positions. Certainly I can learn from them to apply for India's progress.
8. Last but the most important, I will take care of my family very well. Family is the mini-India at home. If I can develop my family well, that leads indirectly to a better India in future.
I wish India be Greatest, Richest, Safest Country in 30 years !
It'll be as great pleasure as a Century from Sachin or Rohit or Kohli!
