What i expect from government:
We all expect a lot from govt. without our self participating a bit. eg Till today i have seen people spitting on roads, throwing garbage openly and voting on basis of casteism. Then in the end they say, what did government do??

We expect government to be engaged with the people at ground level and follow bottom up approach. This scarcely seem unreasonable or above expectations. Different things have to be used at different places, technology at some place, formulas and methods at another.


Some people want things to change and some don't. All have to be educated about changing time, technology and developments

Now, one thing we all know and want is that the officials/ministers must be educated. By intelligence, I don't mean having a high IQ. Rather, I mean that, no matter how chaotic the situation is particular government decision-making power should be the best, spontaneous and with keeping everyone together.

We often used to remark on this. People not only expect government to be engaged with the substance of the issues, to research the issues, to know the issues, to properly think through the issues; they have psychological and emotional need to believe that government is so engaged, knowing and thoughtful, regardless of whether they disagree with the outcomes.
