Short notes only.

a) Vaccination (literalry, vacac means cow): Vaccination is the process of inoculation of harmless antigenic materials (attenuated pathogen or a specific dent of its toxoid) into a healthy person with no previous cases of that specific disease for providing an active acquired immunity against th disease. A single vaccination There is not or an often adequate enough strength in it to provide the full immunity against the disease. Therefore, there's is a must use of giving 2-3 booster doses of vaccines, which are administered in specific intervals, later on.
Vaccine. It is a suspension or an extract of weakened or attenuated or dead germs or antigen containing the main component of the pathogens which are, when injected into a healthy person provides acquired immunity for that disease causing it. There are more to vaccines and some are yet to be discovered.

b) Immunisation: Immunisation is the phenomenon used for the working of the increasing effect of a specific antibody which are continuously produced and developed accordingly by memory B- cells and T- Cells against the potential attack of a pathogen which has caused a similar invading and attack on the body's tissue and systems before. It is carried out by or through the vaccination and injection of an antiserum which provide the first line of previously attacking pathogen and protect the immune system including activating all other Defence components inside the body. When an immunized person is by chance, attacked by that same particular or new pathogen against that antiserum and vaccine provided, the existing antibodies are going to perform an immediate attack to the antigen itself. By then memory T- cells and B- cells give rise to a massive crop of lymphocytes and antibodies to ultimately eliminate all the potential remains pathogens left in the body.
