Explanation: Endoplasmic Reticulm is the outer covering of the nucleus. The ribosomes produced by nucleolus sometimes stick to the Endoplasmic Reticulm. Endoplasmic reticulm with ribosomes attached to it is known as rough Endoplasmic reticulm(rER) which are responsible for producing proteins. Endoplasmic reticulm which don't have ribosomes are responsible for producin lipids and they are known as Smooth endoplasmic reticulm(Ser).

Answer:

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a cellular organelle. It is the transport network for molecules going to specific places, as compared to molecules that float freely in the cytoplasm. The endoplasmic reticulum is in cells that have a nucleus: in eukaryote cells but not in prokaryote cells.
