legislature contains of the lok sabha and the rajya sabha .Loks sabha selects the problems then passes the the bill by two -third of majority .Then the bill passes to the rajya sabha infers the bills and passes to the prusedent or sends back to lok sabha if there is any mistake by 2-3rd majority of the MPs
