Agenda 21 is a non-requisite execution program of the U. N. with consideration to sustainable development. It is an outcome of the Earth Summit that was organized in 1992 at  Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is a development agenda for the United Nations, other multilateral associations, and individual states around the world that can be administered at domestic, nationwide, and global levels.
