Buccal cavity of frog:Mouth leads into the buccal cavity and it is a wide space between upper and lower halves of the head.

Buccopharyngeal cavity
It is so-called because the buccal cavity and pharynx have been merged into one cavity. It comprises the following structures :-
1- Teeth
2- Sub-rostral fossae and pre-lingual elevations
3- Internal nares
4- Bulging’s of eye balls
5- Openings of Eustachian tubes
6- Openings of vocal sacs
7- Tongue
8- Glottis and opening of oesophagus (gullet)
