just after the Independence our country banned the foreign trade and and foreign companies due to which country was a lot of the problems but I just this law followed up to 1990 seeing the country in the depression government of the country has to allow the MNCs to re-establish their control over the India weather the Indian market and Indian producers face the great problem as they were facing competition against the MNC this to nowhere in front of these International companies who offered many facilities and many discounts with well developed systems
