The diseases which spread from one person to another are called communicable diseases
Example:chicken pox ,small pox ,tuberculosis etc
The diseases which don't spread from one person to another are called non communicable diseases
Example:diabetics,sugar,cancer,etc

Hey mate !!! Answer :- Communicable diseases: These diseases will spread from one persone to another. Example :-Small pox ,cold etc. Non-communicable diseases : These diseases dont spread from one person to another i.e they stay within the person. Example :- Diabetics ,Cancer,Etc.
