Judicial system:
the British had setted up 2 types of courts ,: 1.civil court and 2.criminal court.
In civil court were under control of the collectors of the company.
In criminal court was given to the hands of the Indian peoples.
two courts of appeal ,Sardar Diwani Adalat and Sardar Nizamat Adalat were established and digest of Hindu and Muslim laws was made for the help of judges.
The English supreme court tried apply the English law but it was not appreciated by both government of the company and by the Indians.
In 1781 AD English law was only applicable for english people and not everybody in India.
