CONSTITUTION IS A SET OF RULES OR PRINCIPLES MADE BY THE GOVERNMENT OF A PARTICULAR COUNTRY. IT IS A DOCUMENT WITH RULES THAT ALL CITIZEN OF A COUNTRY CAN FOLLOW WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATIONS. EVERY DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY HAS A CONSTITUTION BUT THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT EVERY COUNTRY WHICH HAS A CONSTITUTION IS DEMOCRATIC, AT TIMES EVEN MONARCHY  GOVERNMENTS HAVE A CONSTITUTION. CONSTITUTION IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS OF THE COUNTRY.
