Answer:
The Incident Response section in the Contingency Plan documents the key contact numbers and all-hazard checklist
that can be consulted by any responder upon becoming aware of an incident.
Employee Contact List should include those individuals who need to be contacted immediately upon discovery of an
incident. They should have in depth insight as to the management of the facility and utilities and should be intimately
familiar with the expected response. It would also be beneficial if they were trained in first aid response.
Emergency Contacts identify key entities that may support the response to various types of incidents. Contact
information should be documented for all organizations that may need to be notified of an incident or have their
involvement requested. These contacts may include utilities, repair contractors, responders to a flood, security
company, etc… Hospitals and health clinics should have their addresses documented.
Sections 1.3 through 1.17 in the Contingency Plan are the key checklists and ordered considerations for responding
to incidents. They will be discussed in depth in Section 3 – How To Use Your Contingency Plan in this Contingency
Planning Guide. Consideration should be given towards additional incidents that may occur, and corresponding checklist will need to be documented
