Cyberattack :-

Cyberattack is an illegal attempt to harm someone's computer system or the information on it, by using the internet. It is just like a deliberate exploitation of computer system, technology dependent enterprises and networks. Cyberattacks use malicious code to alter computer code, logic or data, resulting in disruptive consequences that can compromise data and lead to cyber-crimes such as information and identity theft. Cyberattacks can range from installing spyware on a PC to attempts to destroy the infrastructure of entire nation. 

Countries severely affected by cyberattacks :-

Recently, more than 45000 attacks of the 'WannaCry ransomware have been recorded in 74 countries around the world. Among them, Russia is the worst hit country, other countries that were in the top 20 worst affected included Ukraine, India, Taiwan, China, Romania, Egypt, Iran, Brazil, Spain and Italy.
