Destiny is something you always reach. For example, depending on the quality of your thinking you will inevitably receive an end-result which is what destiny is. From thought comes words, speech and action which if repeated become your personality, and personality creates your destiny.
Destination is something you may reach or may not reach. You want to become the President of your country—you may or may not become.
