development in agriculture in india was very vat before the entry of britishers in india.It was largely affected as the soil fertility decreased due to the growing of opium and indigo. but today it is enlarging day by day due to the advancement in technology of machines,fertilizers,pesticides etc. it is very important to mention that agriculture of india is dependent totally on monsoons of india as india receives whole of the rain during this season.if the country faces less rainfall during this season then it would be very disadvantageous for the country and the country may face scarcity of a specific food material.
