Idea: a thinking that clicks immediately or spontaneously based on a topic or a question that is being discussed & sometimes it come in a difficult or indiferent situation it comes from our whole mind & heart & + it can't be forced or stolen.
Theme: in short if I say it is the working based on the idea or it can be said as a topic on which we go on thinking and thinking....... And finally that comes in picture is " IDEA" hope this helps friend........
