Draupadi was the daughter of the king Dhrupad. King Dhrupad has a daughter Shikhandini who has a boon that she can't be killed by anyone before killing Bhishma but after Losing a battle and half of his kingdom he thought that a daughter is of no use to me and he wants to get a son so, he kept the sacrificial fire to get a son who was named Dhrishtadhuym but after getting a son he also had to accept a daughter too, which was Draupadi. He doesn't want to keep her in his palace, so he ordered Draupadi to get out of the palace but after that Krishna gave Dhrupad a lesson to teach him the importance of a girl. After that, Dhrupad started loving and caring for her daughter. After one year, Dhrupad organized Draupadi's Swayamvar and he organized the toughest competition of archery which only Arjun could crack because they want to find Arjun as he was a saint at that time and Draupadi also wants to marry Arjun. Krishna suggested the name of Arjun to them because Krishna was Draupadi's very close friend. She married Arjun and Arjun took her to his mother. He told her that I got something. At that time Arjun, his brothers, and his mother were saints. When Arjun said 'I got something very special' her mother was praying and without seeing anything she said that whatever Arjun got in his alms you all 5 brothers can divide. After his mother's prayer was over Arjun said to her mother that how we can divide a lady. He said to her mother that she must think before saying these words. After that, all of them became very disturbed and they were deciding that 4 brothers would get separate and Arjun and Draupadi would move to the Palace of Hastinapur but Draupadi doesn't want to be bad luck for all 5 brothers on her entry in her husband's house and she took the decision to marry all 5 brothers.
