The diet of bird should contain right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and vitamins. If the feed is of poor quality it may lead to health deterioration of the poultry and economic loss. The food requirement depends upon different factors such as age, health, reproductive stage of bird. The feed should contain protein meals such as soy beans or animal protein meals, grains such as wheat and barley, fats and oils and amino acids.
