The four R's are the reduce, reuse, recover and recycle. They help to conserve environment by the following ways:

1) Reduce - In this we just have to reduce the use of resources, for example we can use one bucket of water for bath instead of shower.

2)Reuse - In this we just have to reuse the things for example we can use a polytene bag two or more times.

3)Recycle - In this the things are recycled for making a new things after some processing.

4)Recover - The alternative material should be used instead of non renewable things.
