fullerenes are allotrops of carbon containing clusters of 60 carbon atoms joined together forming spherical molecules Buckminster fullerenes are dark solid at room temperature they are nither very hard nor very soft

2. Spherical fullerene also referred to as Buckminsterfullerenes or buckyballs, resemble the balls used in association football.
