HEYA MATE, HERE IS UR ANSWER

\large\underline{\red {\bold{Electric\:Fuse}}}

<b><i><u>Electric Fuse is a safety device used in electric circuit which follows the heating effect of electric current and protects the appliances from burning. The fuse wire is made up of tin and copper alloys or a metal that has low melting point.

It is directly connected to the live wire. When the current exceeds its normal value, the fuse wire melts breaking the circuit and eventually saving the appliances from burning.

The fuses are rated 1A, 2A, 3A, etc which gives you the maximum amount of current which can pass through the fuse.

Nowadays, Miniature Circuit Breakers ( MCBs ) are used in the place of fuse, which falls down automatically when current exceeds its normal value.

A fuse is short and a thin piece of wire of uniform area of cross section and high resistance so as to produce sufficient heat to melt it.It is made up of a material of low melting point so that it may easily melt due to overheating when current in excess to prescribed limit,passes through it.Generally an alloy of lead
