ultrafiltration occurs at the barrier between the blood and the filtrate in the glomerular capsule  in the kidneys. As in nonbiological examples of ultrafiltrationpressure and concentration gradients lead to a separation through a semipermeable membrane . The Bowman's capsule contains a dense capillary network called the glomerulus. Blood flows into these capillaries through the afferent arterioles and leaves through the efferent arterioles.

Hii dear.
Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) describes the flow rate of filtered fluid through the kidney. Creatinine clearance rate (CCr or CrCl) is the volume of blood plasma that is cleared of creatinine per unit time and is a useful measure for approximating the GFR. Creatinine clearance exceeds GFR due to creatinine secretion,[citation needed] which can be blocked by cimetidine
