During the years following 1815,when conservatism was established in Europe. It lead to the formation of secret societies to train revolutionaries and spread their ideas of opposing the monarchial forms that had been established after the Vienna Congress. One such revolutionary was Giuseppe Mazzini Born in Genoa, Italy (1807) He became a member of THE SECRET SOCIETY OF THE CARBONARI. At a minimal age of 24 (1831) he was sent for attempting a revolution in Liguria. He subsequently founded two more underground societies: YOUNG ITALY in Marseilles and YOUNG EUROPE in Berne HE WAS THE FIRST ONE TO THINK OF UNIFICATION OF ITALY AND LIBERATION OF U.S.
