TEACHINGS

1. He advised three practices :

(a) Naam Japo - of God

(b) Kirat Karo - Earn honestly

(c) Vand Chakko - Share with others

2. He preached unity of all religious and oneness of God.

3. Caste, creed and greed were irrelevant to his followers.

4. He insisted his followers to be householders and do some productive jobs.

5. He used the term

Nam (Right worship)

Dan (Welfare of others) and

Isnan (Purity of conduct)

to sum up of his teachings.
