What is health? As we all now health is are of two types healthy or unhealthy. And it depends on what we eat everyday but still we eat junk food and oily things which effects our skin or health it made many diseases in our body. Many companies made their advertisement and TV ads with famous celebrities and we think that they also eat this type of food but they don't they are health conscious and eat healthy food.They just doing this works because of money we are middle class people and common peoples being fools. This is just their marketing value and make their advertisement great. This type of packaged foods chips and other junk food just spend your money and time it makes your health very very fatty and it made many diseases in our body mostly children's attract with their food like chips coldrinks chocolates exactra but it's only makes diseases and and your body unhealthy. it's just simple that we have to eat the food which prepare at home this food was clean and hygenic we people don't know how they made that food it's good for your taste to eat some food but one time in two or three months.
