Himalayas is known as the young fold mountain it's is located in North, northwest and North East parts of india, it act as a barrier for india and stop the cold wind from entering india, it has 3 division himadri, shivalic, himachal

Himalayas has 3main rivers indus, ganga, bramaputar this rivers are perinial.
