Food that we eat is very important to be hygienic. This is one of the factors that we suffer from a disease called food poisoning. We should never eat food that is kept in the open on which the flies and other insects may feast on without our knowledge. Even roadside food is very bad for our health as we are not sure what oil they are using to make the food. The other disease that we can get by eating unhygienic food is Cholera. Food poisoning and cholera are caused by microorganisms that affect food quality. So we are required to wash our hands and eat only the food that is hygienically prepared.
