The Human Development Report is a report that is prepared by the Human Development Report Office each year.
It is basically an autonomous publication that is published by the United Nations Development Programme.
In this report, the countries are ranked not in the bases of income but by other important factors such as mortality rate, nutrition intake, literacy rate, etc. in each country.
