It is a bonding between two moecular which have atleast one hydrogen bond along with highly electronegatively Flourine, Oxygen and Nitrogen.

It is of two types:-
(1.) Intermolecular Hydrogen Bond.
(2.) Intramolecular Hydrogen Bond.
