1. It doesn't always come with age. Infact it's deeper than age.
2. it's about the way you see and you understand things. The way you consider others, the way you communicate, the way you react.
3. The things you value. The things you entertain. The way you represent yourself and others as an adult.
4. Everyone grows old but not everyone is growing up

IMMATURITY

It is important for the adults responsible for these adolescents to uncover the root of the social immaturity as best they can. In simple words

Immature person is passive, dependant, has lack of confidence and feels need to control by others.
