Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar was a man who abolished many social evils and did the upliftment of women . He did mainly works realeted to education of women but he supported also RajaRamMoham Roy and helped him in his work. His efforts have given women such a uplift that nowadays men are on backfoot and women conditions are much better
