Answer:

Immunization is the process of vaccination against a particular disease. The vaccines have the disease causing microbes in them itself but in a weak or dead condition , so that our immune system can remember them and create antibodies against them. It is done for precaution against the disease. First vaccine was made against small pox and cow pox.
