The property of metal on which they can bitten in to thin sheets when they are hammered , bitten and roll out by some one without breakdown of it called malleability .

This property is only present in metals , and we can also see it when the metals are hammered they spread in to thin sheets .

This property is absent in non metal if we started to hammered to non metal such as wood , stone they will broke down inested of becoming sheets .
