milk : it is a rich source of all nutrients also called a balanced diet mainly consists of protein.

eggs : it is a protein giving food , body building food.

fish : gives us minerals and vitamin D

green vegetables: they give us vitamins for fighting against diseases

a) milk is important for our body because it contains calcium and helps for building our body butter, cheese arc are sources of milk
b) egg contains protein in them and helps in growth of body
c) fish has vitamin d in it and it is good for our eyes
