Golgi apparatus also called Golgi Complex ....,was discovered by Camillo Golgi in 1898 ...it is present in all Eukaryotic cells except nature red blood cells and sperms of mammals ....it is altogether option in prokaryotic example bacteria blue green algae

Mitochondria:
mitochondria are visible under a light microscope as small or short spheres or short rods distributed in the cytoplasm...
however ,there detailed structure has been revealed by electron microscope....
simple permanent tissue:
these permanent tissues are called simple because they are composed of similar types of cell which have common origin and functions...... they are further grouped under three categories ....parenchyma collenchyma and sclerenchyma.....
