Answer:

National Development is how we interpret the role of education in our society. It also discusses what must be done to achieve the goals of that education system. For example, in this world today there are countries that are thriving with the highest educational programs in the world while some countries barely even have places to put children into school. Those places are certainly underdeveloped. This is when development is based off of money and how the economy is. Development can also be looked using trust within the community, and feelings in society to say how developed that place is. In developing countries there are many dimensions that the education is going through. The demographic context looks at the rate of teenage pregnancy, problems in the provision of schooling and how many kids actually attend school. The economic context assesses the money that a country has and its ability to use that money to make changes to the school system in the right ways. The research context looks at the resources that a school has available to them which eventually make a shortage of money to pay teachers. With the research context, it surprised me to hear that in lower class communities; almost all of the students in the class will have to share their textbooks in class with one or two other students because they don’t have enough of them. The context of violence is more likely to be affected by war or fighting. Not only does something like this cause damage to the community, but it has psychological and even physical effects on the students and teachers at the school. The health context talks about how in lower class neighborhoods they are more likely to get sick and spread illnesses among each other. Another reason for this is because a lot of the students’ parents might not work so they do not have any kind of insurance to pay for healthcare. Lastly, the cultural context knows that in a developing world, everyone comes from different places so the cultures do not always mix well together which can cause serious problems among the students in school. School is looked upon as a place where children learn to make friends, socialize and grow into the person they will be for the rest of their lives. Having a strong school system with students who are there and want to learn and grow will make bright, good people when they graduate. In conclusion, it has been found that if you have a good school system, it contributes to so much in the community. It can even contribute to economic growth and the well being of the people that attend the school and even those who work in it. Being able to bring students into a place that they feel they can get to know others, make friends and be themselves really is the basis of a strong, developing society. This is why having a strong school system at the base of a community can really help society as a whole.
