Indicators are the substances that are used to test the acidic or basic nature of substances . Indicators change their colour when added to an acidic or a basic solution. Litmus , Turmeric , Beetroot , red cabbage and China rose are naturally occurring indicators , while phenolphthalein and methyl orange are indicators prepared in laboratory.
Hope it's help you ☺️☺️
