NOISE POLLUTION
Noise pollution refers to unwanted and dangerous levels of noise. Also known as sound pollution. Many factors cause noise pollution. Factories using big equipment that creates a lot of noise, increasing of no. of vehicles on the road which causes a lot of noise when they honk. Bursting firecrackers, playing loud music at weddings, kitchen appliances, ACs, etc. are also the sources of noise pollution.
Noise pollution is hazardous. It can cause many health problems such as hearing impairment, high blood, heart problems, lack of sleep and concentration. It also concerns an animal’s behaviour, communication and hearing.
Noise pollution needs to be controlled, and awareness should be spread. Some ways to prevent it are: By soundproof windows and walls, planting trees as trees take in the noise, by reducing honking, turning off appliances when not in use, not playing music too loud, etc.
We should be following the other rules related to noise to make everyone live a peaceful life.
