in a nucleus there are RNA DNA and in which rna contains genetic materials

neucleus has nucleolus which is darkly stained body within the nucleus and is without any membrane to separate it from the rest of neucleus. it is the site where ribosomes are assembled. and then exported to the cytoplasm via neuclear pores.
in adiition chromosomes are present in nucleus. but these are not organalles thwse are part of the nucleus.
