Organic farming involves using natural process for the cultivation of plants and livestock. In order to maintain high levels of soil fertility, biological substances are used instead of synthetic material. This also affects the ecosystems favorably by creating minimum waste resulting in decreased pollution. In this technique, farmers tend to avoid synthesized pesticides along with genetically mutated organisms.
In organic farming, the farmers depend on natural rain and river water to soak the seeds, unlike conventional farming which uses chemicals in the process. Later when the seed has sprung up, the organic farmer uses physical labor to de-weed the farm where as conventional farmer will just use pesticides.
Food from organic farming is oozing with nutrients such as minerals, vitamins, enzymes. They have a more natural and superior taste due to well balances organic farming. In addition they come cheaper along with being environment friendly. Unlike synthetic tasteless foods, organic foods have a longer shelf life.
