Answer:

hey mate here is your answer

Explanation:

Menstruation is the elimination of the thickened lining of the uterus (endometrium) from the body through the vagina. Menstrual fluid contains blood, cells from the lining of the uterus (endometrial cells) and mucus. The average length of a period is between three days and one week.

in detail :

The menstruation cycle refers to the cycles in which a woman's uterus grows and sheds a lining (the endometrium) which could support the development of a fertilised egg. It typically occurs in 28 day cycles, so a woman generally gets her period every 28 days.

A period is the 2 to 7 days that a girl or woman has her menstrual flow, which is when blood and tissue leave her body through her vagina.

Each month, blood and tissue build up in the uterus to prepare for a fertilized egg in case a woman becomes pregnant.

In femail reproductive ovaries, the ovum began to mature with the one set of puberty and release by one of the ovaries, once in 28-30days, during this period the wall of the uterus become thick so as to release the egg , in case it is fertilised and become to develop. This cause bleeding in women which is called mensuration
