write a short note on piety and fear of allah

shahana209: Taqwa, the fear of Allah, is the only force that can restrain man from evil and wickedness. It is this fear of Allah that keeps the heart of a believer awake and enables him to distinguish right from wrong. Besides, Taqwa is the only virtue that brings honour to a believer, man or woman, in the Islamic society.

"God-consciousness or God-fearing piety", "virtue", "wariness". Fear of Allah, "being careful, knowing your place in the cosmos". "Proof" of Taqwa is the "experience of awe" of God, which "inspires a person to be on guard against wrong action" and eager to do the things which please Allah.
