Power-sharing is a political arrangement in which different or opposing groups all take part in government together. They agreed a power-sharing arrangement, but it collapsed after 5 months. Power is also shared among different social groups, such as the religious and linguistic groups. The 'Community Government' is a good example of this type of power sharing.
