Write a short note on Ramayana

The Ramayana is an ancient Sanskrit epic about Rama. It is one of the two most important ancient epics of India, the first one being the ancient Mahabharata. The epic was originally written by sage (rishi) Valmiki of Ancient India. The book has about 96,000 verses and is divided into seven parts.

The story of the Ramayana is about Prince Rama who has been exiled from his kingdom of Ayodhya. He goes on to kill king Ravana of Lanka in a long battle.

Different versions of the book are available. It has been translated into all the major languages of the world.

The different parts of the Ramayana are also called books. These seven parts or books are noted below:

The first book is Balakand, meaning the book of the childhood.

The second book is Ayodhyakanda, meaning the book of Ayodhya.

The third book is Aranyakanda, meaning the book of the forests.

The fourth book is Kishkindhakanda, meaning the book of Kishkindha.

The fifth book is Sundarakanda, meaning the book beautiful.

The sixth book is Yuddhakanda, meaning the book of the war.

The seventh book is Uttarakanda, meaning the book of after events.

Ramayana is epic which was converted into Hindi by guru valmiki. there were four brothers and a sister named shanta, but shanta later became a sage. when there was a demon troubling everyone guru shist took ram and lakshman and gave them divine powers. then they finished of the demon. then it was a competition that wheresoever lifted the tir kaman will marry sita.the invitation was sent to everyone, then now guru shist took them there. and when ravan also could not lift it up then every king started complaining, and then only ram lifted it up and sita was married to ram. after that bharats mother was not happy with ram so bharat became king and ram had to  go for an exile. then in the jungle lakshman cutted the nose of surpnakha. then surpnakha went to her brother ravan and when sita wished for that dear ram and lakshman both went and from there ravan took sita away. then hanuman went there but sita said that she wants to go with ram only then there was a huge battle, and finnaly ram won but lakshman died so then hanuman went for jaributhi but he came with the hole mountain in just one hand. then the sage applied the jaributhi and then lakshman was to live again. then they went to ayodhya back and everyone was happy. ram became the king and mother kaykayi was also happy. then all lived happily. like the mahabharata it is real too.here are pictures so that you can understand it better.
