HEY!!!
HERE'S YOUR ANSWER BEST I COULD MAKE.

REFLEX ACTION :
When a receptor is stimulated,it sends a signal to the central nervous system, where the brain coordinates the response.
But sometimes a very quick action is needed, one that does not need the involvement of the brain. This ia a "Reflex Action"
These are rapid and and happen without us thinking.

I HOPE IT HELPS YOU!!
IF YOU LIKE IT THAN MARK IT...
THANKSS!!!

Hey, Wasup

A reflex action is an automatic , rapid response to the stimulus. i.e coughing, sneezing, blinking of eyes, etc. It protects the body from damage and does not involve conscious thought. In reflex action , the message is passed straight to the motor neurones through a relay neurones. They r controlled by spinal cord.

hope you find it helpful
PEACE OUT✌
