The term resource development applies to the use of natural resources in a different way; where people use natural resources to develop other resources. In other words, there are some resources on earth that cannot be used directly to satisfy the needs of humans thus people have to make efforts in order to get access to these resources. The land is one of the most important examples of this kind. If people want to use the naturally available land, they have to clean it first and then have to plough it in order to get the fertile land for agriculture.
