Reverberation is an echoing sound.It is a multiple,random,blended repeatation of sound.It have three parts:direct sound,early reflection and later reflection.

Multiple reflections of sound... and these process are done in stethoscope and Chamber reverberator, where sound is produced by a loudspeaker which is then picked by a microphone along with other effects of the reverb. Similar device is a plate reverberator, where a metal plate is used to produce vibrations instead of a loudspeaker.
