Indian constitution explains the Rule of law which means all were equal in front of the law, it borrowed from British constitution. Article 14 explains about the rule of law; Article 15 explains the no person discriminate against any citizen on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, Article 16 says state cannot discriminate the citizen in public employment on the above grounds. Abolition of Untouchability mentioned in Article 17 and finally Article 18 speaks about the abolition of titles.
