self help groups are the groups which consist of at least 15 to 20 members,either women or men or both.These groups collects funds for a short span of time and when they have enough money to give funds, they start donating the money.These are even helped by banks i.e.banks provide loans to them as a help.These are usually seen in rural areas where people does not have acess to banks.These are popular in south east asia and africa too

4. saving per member rupees to 25 and rupees hundred may very as per the capacity of the members
5. most of the important discussion regarding saving loan activity are taken by the group member themselves
6. after a year two or two year a group is regularly saving become available for bank loan
7. the group advance loan to its member at the nominal interest without any collateral
8. case of non payment every group member is responsible for it
