Stalin collectivation implemented the following:-

1) It forced all the peasants to cultivate in collective farms.

2)All peasants were made to work on the land and Kolkhoz profit was shared.

3)Those who resisted collectivisation was severely punished.

4) Stalin's Government did allow some independent cultivation but treated such cultivators unsympathetically.
